OVERVIEW

• Pop Warner Cheer teams compete in events performing a 2.5-minute routine. Teams are judged on difficulty and execution.

COMPETITION SEASON

• Mid-October to December (some teams may continue into January for non-Pop Warner events). Practice attendance is mandatory.

POP WARNER COMPETITION COMMITMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

By registering your athlete, you agree to the following:

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

• Regular practice attendance is required.

POP WARNER FIRST

• Prioritize Pop Warner events and commitments.

VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL

• No refunds for voluntary withdrawal from Pop Warner competition events.

OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES

• Participants are responsible for additional costs (travel, hotels, competition-related expenses).

FUNDRAISING

• Fundraising is encouraged to help cover extra costs.

NON-POP WARNER COMPETITION EVENTS

• Allowed only after fulfilling all Pop Warner competition obligations.

West Coast Conference Locals Competition

• Sunday, October 12th, 2025
• San Diego Convention Center
• 1st or 2nd place teams advance to WESCON Regional Competition.

WESCON Regionals Competition

• Sunday, November 16th, 2025
• Anaheim Convention Center
• 1st or 2nd place teams advance to Pop Warner Nationals.

Pop Warner Nationals

• December 8-11, 2025
• Charlotte, North Carolina
• Estimated travel costs: $1,500-$2,000 per cheerleader.
